Good afternoon to all of our loyal customers.
We appreciate your support, and we want to be upfront about how things work on our end.
Supplier prices change, products go out of stock, and substitutions happen. When that happens, it affects what we can serve. We price our items to cover employees, insurance, taxes, utilities, and groceries. That’s the reality. We’re not getting rich—we’re keeping the business running.
We aim for consistency, but when suppliers send substitutes, chips, salsa, or other items may look or taste different. That’s not us cutting corners—that’s us working with what’s available.
Chips and salsa are complimentary for dine‑in and with to‑go meals, but they are not free for us. We pay for every ingredient, we fry the chips, we season them, and we make the salsa from scratch. Every bit of that costs money.
So if something is slightly different, understand it’s because of supply issues—not lack of effort. We show up every day to serve good food and take care of our customers, and we ask for the same respect in return.
