While shopping at Knick’s Knacks yesterday, we had one of those wonderful little Disney moments that we’ll remember long after our trip.

Gen was absolutely amazing! While we were shopping, she surprised us by treating us to two complimentary Halloween totes. 🎃❤️ It was completely unexpected and such an incredibly kind gesture.

It wasn’t just about the totes—it was the thoughtfulness, kindness, and genuine Disney magic that Gen showed us. We were only at Disneyland for a quick one-day adventure, and she helped make an already incredible day even more special.

Thank you, Gen, for going above and beyond and reminding us why Disney Cast Members are such an important part of the magic. We’ll think of you every time we use our Halloween totes!

JUST ANOTHER CRAZY ADVENTURE WITH MY FAVORITE PERSON!

Because apparently flying to California just to go to Disney FOR ONE DAY is something we do now!

Up before the sun, hopped on a plane, landed in California and made it to Disney shortly after the park opened. And of course, there was only one proper way to start the day…

🚀 GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY!

A few more rides, lunch at the Wharf, more rides, a little shopping, and then suppah at the Plaza — because you have to keep your strength up when you're trying to squeeze an entire Disney trip into ONE DAY! 😂

Then we topped it all off with World of Color and fireworks.

And just like that, another crazy, wonderful adventure with the love of my life is in the books.

Now it’s off to bed because we fly home in the morning!

27 hours in California. One day at Disney. A million memories.

Are we tired? YES.
Are we a little crazy? PROBABLY.
Would we do it again? ABSOLUTELY!

We LOVE these one-day adventures. Life is way too short to keep saying “someday.” Take the trip. Ride the rides. Eat the food. Watch the fireworks. Make the memories.

Live life to the fullest — because you only get one shot at this adventure called life.

Today, my name became a tiny part of something much bigger. ❤️
The hospital where I went through so much of my cancer journey is building a brand-new Cancer Center. Today, they held the beam-raising ceremony, marking another step toward a place that will bring hope, healing, and care to so many people in the years ahead.
But today became even more special for me because of our dear friend Amie. Before that beam was raised into place, she wrote my name on it, forever making me a small part of this incredible new center.
After all the appointments, treatments, fear, hope, tears, and finally being able to say cancer-free, seeing that beam lifted high into the sky with my name on it hit me in a way I can’t quite put into words.
Someday the walls will be finished and that beam will no longer be visible, but I’ll always know my name is up there—a little piece of my story forever built into a place dedicated to helping others through their own cancer journeys.
Amie, thank you for thinking of me and for giving me something so incredibly meaningful. You took an already special day and turned it into a memory I will carry with me forever. ❤️
Here’s to this beautiful new Cancer Center, to every person who will walk through its doors, and to hope, strength, healing, and many, many more cancer-free celebrations.
Today, they raised a beam. For me, they raised something else too—a reminder of just how far I’ve come. ❤️

🎃🍕 Roland’s getting his Halloween groove on! 👻💜

When you own a pizzeria, even the pumpkins have to represent! 😂 Roland broke out the paint and gave this pumpkin the full ACME treatment — pizza, purple, and a little mad-scientist madness!

I think he nailed it! 🎃🧪🍕💜
