We’ve been working with Unblended since 2022 so getting to meet the people behind the coffees we’ve been working with was a very special experience! From Patio Bonito Farm in Cauca, Colombia, this washed Sidra is a beautiful example of what happens when exceptional variety meets meticulous processing.
Paola Trujillo returned to her family’s farm in 2022 after working as a coffee buyer and cupper, bringing her technical background and a drive to push Colombian coffee forward. Today, she works alongside her parents to refine their farming and processing while cultivating some of Colombia’s most sought-after varieties.
This lot is 100% Sidra, showcasing the variety’s signature clarity, complexity, and elegance.
