📣It's shout-out Sunday!
This week's employee spotlight features Head Custodian, Xavier Martin!
✨Xavier started working full time on November 2nd, 2019 following an 18 week summer internship. He is an extremely hard worker & it quickly became obvious that he takes pride in all he does. Once in the role, Xavier took the initiative to create a weekly cleaning schedule that includes everything from sweeping out lane gutters, to wiping down the ceiling fans. Yes he climbs up that ladder and cleans those fans every week! Bowlers consistently comment on his work ethic and the number one compliment / review we get is regarding the cleanliness of our bowling center! While this is definitely a team effort, it is Xavier’s extra attention to detail, daily tasks, and hustle to clean up the lanes in between guests that keeps us on top of our game!
These days if he’s not running around sweeping and cleaning, “X” can be found joking with customers & coworkers; or he just might be outside sweeping up the parking lot.😉❤️ And that’s no joke. Thank you Xavier for all you do!
