✨BELGIAN MEATBALL PLATE✨
Belgian dishes traditionally are famously made up of a combination of hearty, rich comfort foods anchored by lighter acidic counterparts.

One example of this is our popular Belgian Meatball Plate. Four beef & pork Boulettes (meatballs) are served on a bed of house made tomato sauce with potato Frites and a side of mixed greens with lemon-garlic vinaigrette.

The frites are delicious dipped in Andalouse, a Belgian mayo-based fry sauce made with bell peppers, red onion, lemon juice and seasonings.

Back by popular demand! Chef Travis brought back his chili, just in time for some lovely Fall weather.

Made with andouille sausage, ground beef, bacon, a trio of beans, tomatoes and a touch of jalapeño. Topped with cheese, chopped onions and fresh jalapeños. Pairs well with the Einbecker Brauhaus Brauherren Unfiltered Pilsner on draft or the Von Ebert Brewing - PDX Waning Echoes Stout.

It is a cozy day at your favorite local Bière Library. Perfect for some tasty comfort food and Belgian b**r!

POT-AU FEU PORK STEW
Belgian classic stew-like dish of braised pork, tomatoes, and vegetables. Pot-au-feu, French for “pot on fire,” is one of the oldest European peasant winter dishes. Originally made over an open fire with various cuts of meat and vegetables such as potatoes, onions, carrots, and celery, the result was a savory stew that helped one make it through long days. Served with house baguette. Available in a large or small bowl.

Pairs beautifully with Ferment Brewing Company ESB on draft OR Brewery St.Bernardus ABT 12 in the bottle.
