From classroom to brewhouse. 🧡🖤
Introducing Alumni Club: High Desert, a 6.10% ABV West Coast IPA brewed alongside our fellow Beaver and friend Eli Dickison of in Baker City. Featuring Alora and Elani hops alongside Fonio ancient grain, it pours notes of peach, apricot, yuzu, melon, resin, and chaparral.
From late nights at the Memorial Union to study sessions in the Valley Library, game days at Reser Stadium, and countless hours spent learning the craft, Oregon State University has shaped generations of brewers. Our latest Alumni Club release celebrates that shared foundation.
All three members of Block 15’s brewery leadership team are Oregon State Fermentation Science alumni—and this beer is a toast to the community, friendships, and craft that continue long after graduation.
