1) Grilled brown sugar Bourbon steak. Served w/ mashed potato and sautéed Asparagus.
2) Fried Captain's platter: Filet, shrimp, scallops and crab cake.
3) RastaPasta ( penne) w/ chicken.
4) Broiled combo: Lamb chop, pork chop, and 1/4 chicken. Served w/ potato and mixed vegetables.
5) Broiled beef liver w/ fried onions and bacon. Served w/ potato and mixed vegetables.
6) Sautéed shrimp Primavera in a creamy pesto sauce w/ linquini.
7) OlympicSampler: Mousaka, Pastitsio and Spinach pie.
8) Genovese combo: Veal, Eggplant and Manicotti Parmigiana w/ spaghetti

ALL ABOVE SERVED WITH SOUP OR SALAD AND BREAD PUDDING.

3) Herd crusted salmon w/ lemon butter.

5) Bar.B Q combo: 1/2 rack of baby back ribs and 1/4 chi chicken.
6) Broiled 1/2 lemon chicken w/ orzo and spinach.
7) Creamy chorizo penne pasta w/ peas and sundried tomatoes.
