Opened in 2008 by Douglas and Abbey Bacconi, Lickety Split offers soft serve ice cream, hard ice cream, flurries, shakes, sundaes, fresh cut french fries, hot dogs with homemade chili sauce, hamburgers(from local beef), gyros(from a local lamb). We also have over 30 flavors of soft serve ice cream, as well as Dole Whip!

After owning this shop for almost 20 years, I often get asked what’s the hardest part and the most challenging. The answer has always been the employees. But, they are also the BEST part of owning this small business! Lauryn has always represented what’s been the best part of my job! I witnessed her going through high school during COVID, challenging times in college, and now as a beautiful bride! It’s hard imagining the shop without her because she was a constant for so long.
