It is with both sadness and pride that we inform that The Counter Corte Madera will be closing permanently at the end of the month. After thirteen years, and consistently being recognized as one of the best burgers in the Bay Area, we have come to the end of our lease. Unfortunately, rising costs and prohibitive future occupancy costs, have made it impractical to continue. We have cherished our time serving the community in Corte Madera and greater Marin County, both inside and outside the restaurant.

A great thank you to all of our employees, some of whom have shared our space for a few months, and others who have been with us since day one. And most of all, thank you to you, our loyal guests, who have so often brought a smile to our day with your kind words and appreciation.
