Hi Y’all I miss serving the best quality food to y’all I got some things in the works , unfortunately I might not bring back the Food Trailer right now but , I might just open up a restaurant . I’m working hard and I’m determined to bring back Gizzy’s . How many of y’all woul love to have a Gizzys bar and grill in corpus . I’m thinking gremlins on the bar side , gizmo on the kids side with games . Kinda like Dave’s and busters but better . What’s y’all’s opinions help me ❤️

Well I made a very hard decision today I’m going back to Coil Tubing ( oil field ) . I’m gonna put Gizzy’s on the back burner for now but Gizzy’s will return but I have to do this for the better of the good . When Gizzy’s comes back it will be better than before I don’t cut corners when it comes to perfection if you know me you know me I’m a Perfectionist when it comes to doing what I love . Just wanted to update all my customers. I’m super stressed I’ve only worked 2 days this month and on those days I broke down both times. It was mechanical issues from the Great People At Fud Trucks . Cause they didn’t do there job properly. I’m doing it , and I will get it running if it’s the last thing I do ! I picked up the part from Grainger for the 3rd time today and I knew better I should have looked in the box however I was sure it was right this time but it wasn’t . When I ordered it online the lady even emailed me a pic of it I evaluated it and it was correct . So I hope I make it . Hope to see y’all soon . I do apologize for Gizzy’s not being able to feed yall . ❤️❤️❤️

Come on out to Access Ford in Calallen , we have fresh Angus fajitas, fresh fried chicken , fresh fried wings hot ,teriyaki , lemon pepper . Everyone’s favorite Gizzy Burgers . Well I just wanna say if it wasn’t for bad luck I would not have any luck at all !!! My main generator went down today so I swapped over to my secondary generator but that one crapped out as well . I figured out the problem , parts are on there way and the parts for my frier will finally be here tomorrow as well so they say . Sorry for the inconvenience to all . I’ve been facing a brick wall lately . I promise to keep everyone updated . Goodnight.

I just want to apologize for not taking pics of my new chocolate hot wings . They are delightful it’s dinner and dessert at the same time , I created a spicy chocolate wing oh my goodness all 12 of them were awesome. No ranch just the wings yummy 🤤
