It’s kind of bitter sweet that our last day open was on my birthday. I’ve been at the restaurant every single weekend since we opened in January and missed being at home with my kids. While we’re so thankful to everyone who supported us, all the kind words over the weekend, we’re very excited about our next adventure. And I know we’ll see a lot of your faces at our in house auction eating our home made cheeseburgers and concessions! Thank you all for supporting us in everything we do! We are closed tomorrow because I sold out of almost all of the toppings this weekend! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I really can’t thank yall enough for tonight! Some of yall about made me tear up! We are sold out of several items so for Saturday we’re going to be open 11-2 with buffet only! Spaghetti, pizza and salad bar! Only $10/person! We won’t have the fryers on! So come dine in and have dinner with me on my birthday! Tomorrow will be our last day open 🫶🏻

We appreciate everyone who ate with us this weekend and look forward to one more weekend serving yall! We’ve had so many people coming in saying how sorry they are and we don’t want anyone to feel sorry for us! I’m excited about this next step doing the live auctions. And if I’m being 100% honest with yall I miss my life before we opened this. We thought we would stay busy enough to hire a couple people and it would take some of the load off. Unfortunately that just wasn’t the case with the economy. And I miss my kids. So I really want yall to do this, come have dinner with us this weekend on my birthday weekend and celebrate this next adventure! And next time you go to run thru McDonald’s or sonic think, is this something I could get from a local place instead! When you see these places open and being ran by the owners I want you to think how much they are sacrificing trying to bring something to Corning. And trust me no one is in the food business to get rich lol. You have to really love it to do it and have your heart in it. And all of these places in town give back so much and if we lose all of them our community will suffer. ❤️❤️ I love Corning and I love living here and it’s because of all of these local businesses and people and their hearts 💕

We will be limited on what call ins we can take today! We’ve already started off very busy and have a few reservations. We haven’t been that busy on Sundays so I didn’t make extra dough. I can do 8” pizzas, wings, fries and pastas! Or dine in for the buffet!
