Prosciutto’s has been a staple of the community since opening its doors in Cornelius in November 2005 by fo

unders Joel and Kelly Pfyffer. They built a place that so many people called home and created the Lake Norman "Pros" community. In February 2026, Pros entered an exciting new chapter under the ownership of Deb Colson and her son Derek. Loyal customers and dears friends of Joel and Kelly. It was the perfect time for the baton to be exchanged so one family could retire and one was able to start a new adventure. Deb and Deb are committed to honoring the restaurant’s roots while continuing to serve the Lake Norman community with the same great food and family-friendly atmosphere guests have loved for years. Pros offers gourmet New York-style brick oven pizzas and calzones made with high-quality ingredients, with our dough and sauce prepared fresh in-house daily. Our menu also features made-to-order salads, sandwiches and wraps, and hearty pasta dishes. Not to mention our crowd-favorite wings served with homemade blue cheese or ranch. We are honored to take over such a gem of Lake Norman and look forward to meeting many new friends as they come visit Pros. Funny note: We are Buffalo fans - but we fell in love with Prosciutto's as it was. During our time here as customers & friends of the owners, we watched football games and meet the greatest people - we just couldn't change that. So - yes, it is still very much a Boston bar!! In fact - come watch whatever team you cheer for. We like to think this is a place for all sports fans to enjoy a beer and make new friends.
