"Since 1978, Russell's Beef House has been a cornerstone of our community. Our story began with my grandfather, Troy Russell's passion for quality and a dedication to serving the best steaks around. My parents, Maury and Paul took his vision and ran with it through the 90's. I have been immersed in the business my entire life,(not always of my own choice, HAHAHAHA) learning the ropes since childhood. At the age of 16 I was fired. To then be re-hired the next day. Today, we proudly uphold these traditions, offering hand-cut, charcoal-grilled steaks in a welcoming atmosphere for the whole family."
