Open Wednesday through Friday noon until sold out and Some Saturdays when we have no catering.

Well we did it, Grand Champions this weekend down in Elmira with Southern Tier Events LLC at their first inaugural BBQ Roundabout! First place ribs and pulled pork as well. Amazing time with my crew that consisted of my son Ronin and my lil bro Casey Shaw. Thanks for all who supported us and all the amazing feedback on our food!
