We want to take a moment to say THANK YOU! I know it's a bit overdue, just the first moment we have free to do so. You all have kept us busy at the store, and for that, we are incredibly grateful! This might be a bit lengthy, so apologies in advance.
The love and support you've shown since our store revamp truly means more to us than words can express. Hearing your kind words, especially the ones repeated to us multiple times a day—like how you didn't think it could get any better—yet we created an even better, the best space. It feels more elevated and welcoming, a favorite spot in town. People tell us we're the friendliest, cleanest store they've ever been to, full of wonderful finds. They say how fun it is, or how hard it is to leave. Along with many other thoughtful and sweet comments, all of this encouragement means the world.
Every comment, call, text, visit, and especially the long-distance visits from families driving 9, 12.5, or even 14 hours to see us—those mean so much to us! We're just in awe that our little store could inspire someone to drive that far, especially so soon after we reopened. It’s incredibly special.
And to those who walk over to visit us, that means a lot, too!
During and after the revamp, we've welcomed so many locals, which makes my heart very happy. We want to be part of this community and share what you all enjoy—whether it’s ice cream, baked goods, books, local art, toys, or just chatting about the vintage gum and how it reminds you of your childhood. It’s all part of what we’re proud to share.
We’ve put our hearts and a lot of time into creating a space you'll enjoy, and seeing you love it as much as we do is a wonderful reward.
