Creamy Truffle Ramen is available for a limited time only, from 04/01 to 07/31. Rich, aromatic, and built around a silky truffle-forward broth topped with torched king oyster mushrooms for extra mushroom umami.🍜

Also joining the lineup is Karaage Tartar, featuring crispy chicken paired with a Japanese style tartar sauce for a savory, yet creamy textured bite.

In Japan, gyoza are one of the most classic side dishes served at ramen shops.

While ramen is the main attraction, the crispy dumplings provide a nice contrast to hot ramen broth. Over time, the pairing of ramen and gyoza became a familiar comfort meal at casual ramen shops across Japan.

At RAKKAN, we offer our own twist with crispy vegan gyoza, featuring a vibrant green wrapper made with basil in the dough for an extra layer of flavor.
