Yesterday’s rain was absolutely beautiful, and it looks like we may be getting even more! 🌧️💚 We are so thankful and feel incredibly blessed for the moisture and cooler weather.

That being said…tomorrow is Cook’s Choice day, and as always, we’ve been listening to all of you! 👀 Tomorrow we’re bringing back one of your old favorites!! Any guesses what it might be!? 🍽️

One month ago yesterday, we officially opened the doors to Copeland Cafe… and honestly, it’s hard to put into words what this first month has meant to us.

This cafe has been more than just a business to our family. It’s been a dream, a leap of faith, long days, late nights, learning curves, exhaustion, happy tears, and so many moments we’ll never forget.

We’ve had crazy busy rushes, moments where we felt overwhelmed, moments where we questioned ourselves, and moments where we stood back in disbelief at the support this community has shown us.

Through all of it, you guys have continued to show up for us — whether it was coming in to eat, sharing our posts, recommending us to friends, being patient while we learned, or simply encouraging us with kind words. We notice all of it, and we are so incredibly thankful.

We are still learning every single day and striving to improve week after week, but we can honestly say this first month has been one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives.

From our family to yours… thank you for supporting our dream. ❤️
