We're shutting down shop around 2 pm today so we can stuff our faces with our families on Memorial Day. So if you're craving some serious BBQ action, you'd better hustle on over to 202 N Osage in Dewey before we close up shop.

Let's take a moment to honor the families whose loved ones have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom, and acknowledge the profound difference their bravery has made in our lives. We're grateful for their selflessness and will observe a moment of silence to pay tribute to the fallen soldiers who have protected our nation. Since it appears the weather will not be cooperating with us this week, we thought we would offer an order ahead opportunity! We will be open in Dewey as usual on Monday. However, if you would like to order ahead for a pick up in Copan on Saturday, here's your sign!

We would need to know your full order by Thursday (5/28) at midnight. Pick up will be Saturday, May 30, between 2 and 3 pm at

Tomorrow we will be setup in Dewey at 202 N Osage. Be sure to stop by and visit us. We will be doing a special treat for everyone to try. SMOKED WATERMELON. This is something we would do at competitions for people's choice and it was a huge favorite. Be sure to stop by early cause it normally doesn't last long.

So today we ventured over to Barnsdall, Oklahoma for their 75 annual Bigheart Day Celebration. This was our first time that we have been at this event, but it will not be our last. Want to thank everyone that stopped by to eat with us, we really do appreciate all the love and support Barnsdall showed us today. We will definitely be back next year.
