Well guys, it’s time for Hotroot to start freezin’ for the season :(. Tomorrow (Monday the 20th) will be our last day open at the truck until May. Menu items will be available until they run out, so be sure to show up early to grab the last of your favorites before they sell! We will open from 12-7. Thank you so much for an amazing and very busy season!!

THAT BEING SAID, we still got a few tricks up our sleeves! Willobee Sunshyne will be selling some AMAZING baked goods tomorrow and potentially later in the week.
On the menu for tomorrow will be:
- salted brown butter chocolate pistachio cookies
-chunky monkey banana bread
-sour cream coffee cake
-chocolate chip pumpkin bread

Seriously these treats are so so good. Come get you some. And maybe some chicken panang curry while you’re at it. It’s a perfect last day for some fall flavors!

One last special for the weekend! Well it’s kind of a special. Kind of a different form of mock-o-bell, which is almost always available btw.
For our final weekend we got mock-o-tacos! Three little street tacos with cheddar cheese, seasoned ground beef, red cabbage, pice de gallo, and chipotle crema. Comes with a side of Spanish rice.

We will be open from 12-7 today, tomorrow, Sunday, and Monday! And then after that we won’t see your beautiful faces again until May 🥲

Hi everyone! Here to announce the last day for Hotroot food truck for the season will be Monday September 21st. This will be our final weekend open until we come back in May. It has been an honor to sling burritos, soups, and curry for this beautiful community, and we already have big plans for next year. Thank you thank you thank you for our busiest summer yet!! Creamy chicken pie filling with onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms, peas, lemon, and fresh herbs sandwiched between fluffy handmade buttermilk biscuits.

With an ever increasing call volume, our fundraising efforts are more important every year. We are pumped for this year's 3d annual Fly Casting Competition to help to cover our costs to serve Cooper Landing and all the way to Turnagain Pass. This year, we are streamlining the competition and packing all of the fun into 4 hours without designated times for each age group. Come any time between high noon and 4 pm to test your fishing skills and walk away with a prize and bragging rights! Multiple entries are allowed as well this year, so stay all day or just drop in to support CLES for any amount of time. Two Brothers Roadhouse will be providing food for the event and local kids are planning to set up lemonade stands during the event. Fire trucks, games of giving and door prizes available throughout the event; we hope to see you there!

This special is a really special one! Potentially a first for Cooper Landing?
This week we have chicken tikka masala! Yogurt marinated chicken is char broiled before being simmered in tomato masala gravy. Served over cardamom perfumed basmati rice with handmade garlic naan bread. The spices for this masala gravy actually came straight from India courtesy of !

Idk Cooper Landing you guys let me know, have we had chicken tikka masala in this town before? Either way, this is pretty dang tasty and you guys should come try it!!
