This catering was a graduation party and they had a very fun menu!
Appetizer hour:
Crostini’s with hot honey, whipped feta & pistachios
Mint Peach shooters with a veggie, fruit, cheese & cracker display (pictured!)
Dinner hour:
Spinach salad with goat cheese, peaches and nuts
Chipotle tofu & pineapple skewers
Stuffed bell peppers with a quinoa blend
Chicken with sun-dried tomatoes in a cream sauce
Baby potatoes with parmesan & garlic
Desserts: Baklava, Macarons and Cake bites

What a perfect day! I’m terrible at photos of our events-but had to take this one! Black and white wedding with charcuterie. This was such a fun wedding to collaborate with Taylor and her Mom, Kathy! Our menu: Charcuterie for appetizer hour and then Roast beef, Chicken, Mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese, Green beans and rolls.

Andy and Jenny here from A&J Catering! Just letting you know we are still catering, just not as many now. We run the food and beverage at Appalachian Bible College and this ministry has been a blessing and keeps us on our toes! It’s a different season in our business but we are where God called us.

For those that have reached out, our calendar is limited, yes and we apologize if your dates weren’t available. Summer wedding dates are always quickly taken.
