Hot Tennessee weather is right around the corner noodle heads!

Introducing our cold Soba Noodle Salad. It is refreshingly light, cold Korean buckwheat noodles, shredded red cabbage, matchstick carrots, cukes, cilantro, and scallions garnished with sesame seeds and tossed in a perfectly sweet-heat sesame honey-soy vinaigrette. Say that five times without stuttering 😆
