Hello Cookeville Family,

We would like to say thank you for the huge response we have seen in the first few days of our soft opening! Our small friends and family opening definitely blew up much bigger than we thought possible with all your support. We have been selling out of our ramen bases within hours of opening, and we think that is an incredible response but we are also sorry that we could not meet your demand. Each batch of ramen base we make takes 20 hours to cook and at this time we can not prepair enough for the next day until we increase our capacity around our grand opening. As we are still in our soft opening phase and looking for feed back as well as training our hardworking staff, we thank everyone for their understanding and feedback! We have been running irregular hours this week and closing 7 or until we run out of stock, as well as opening late due to increased daily prep load. Thank you everyone for participating and we would like to apologize again while we work through our growing pains and manage our supply to meet your demands.

To make note than many of our toppings, supplies, and equipment have not yet been delivered to us so we are still not fully equipped to provide regular service at full menu. This week was our soft trail run opening for our friends and family for training and room for improvement in work flow. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to seeing you next time.
