Homemade Biscuits!! Get your stuff together!

Come Cook with Keba! We making biscuits!! If you want to follow along, you will need the following:
3 cups white Lilly self rising flour..... put in fridge tonight...we will sift 2 cups tomorrow.
3/4 cups buttermilk cold
1 stick of frozen or very cold butter...I use land of lakes...
1 stick of butter to grease pan and melt butter for topping
1/4 tsp of salt....optional
Preheat oven @ 475

Cast iron skillet or cookie sheet
Forks or pastry cutter to cut the butter in the flour
A large bowl... I'm using a stainless steel bowl
Dish towel to keep them warm
Keep everything cold until we start!!
