Ready to be back doing what I love—serving our amazing community the most delicious, heartfelt, handcrafted coffee. I miss the daily conversations, the laughs, the familiar faces… my people. Truly, that’s what I’ve missed the most.

This isn’t just coffee—it’s connection, it’s energy, it’s home. And I cannot wait to step into this new chapter and share it with all of you.

Temporary menus are finished, printed, and we are getting SO close to opening those trailer doors and finally serving you again.

The past two weeks have been a whirlwind — in the best and most challenging ways.

We officially purchased our very first mobile coffee trailer for Koffee Kove, and we have been working hard behind the scenes to bring the vision to life. While we’re still finalizing permits and a few important details, every day is bringing us closer to opening.

The weekend we purchased the trailer, we traveled to Tulsa to support my little sister at her very first dance competition — a moment we wouldn’t have missed for the world. Shortly before, I became unexpectedly ill and am still working through answers. It hasn’t been the easiest start, but even in the middle of it all, the excitement for this new journey hasn’t faded.

From the moment I saw this trailer, I knew it was the one — the perfect size, the perfect base, and a look that matched the vision I’ve carried for Koffee Kove. The only thing I knew needed to change? The copper accents. So we’ve been hard at work transforming it to better reflect the clean, elevated aesthetic we envision.

It’s not completely finished yet, but it’s coming together beautifully — and I would love your input. Below, you’ll see the before and the start of the transformation. Tell us which look you prefer!
