Sold out ! Happy move in week Conway 😅

I know more often times than not we are on a pretty long wait here , and with Coastal students moving back in this week it has been a lil extra hectic . We appreciate everyone’s patience !

Not only did we sell out of today’s dough but we dipped into tomorrows as well so we may have another early night . We are definitely pushing out a lot more pies than I thought was possible for our lil operation here

I’d hate to say it’s too busy because there are far worse problems to have - but since day 1 we have always been quality over quantity and once I feel like our pies aren’t coming out like I would like , I have to pull the plug on the night

This weekend when I went home I got some dried Sicilian lavender at Altomontes Italian Market 🇮🇹 , so we had to try it out on a pie !

This one has prosciutto , fresh figs , goat cheese , fresh fennel & balsamic . Topped with pecorino and some of that Sicilian lavender

Not my best work visually on this one but it tasted good 🪻

Home sweet home ❤️

We took a trip back home to Philly this weekend to surprise my mom & sister for my birthday ! Since I left home 12 years ago , this was the longest I’ve gone without visiting . It was a quick trip , one full day wasn’t long enough but it was nice to catch up with family & friends for the weekend

Thanks to my brothers Davide Lubrano Lavadera Ciro Vincenzo Lubrano Lavadera for their hospitality , anybody back home that hasn’t been to Pizzata_Pizzeria is seriously missing out ! The best there is

And thank you to my favorite Italian market Altomontes Italian Market 🇮🇹 for the hospitality as well . Their original location in Speedway was our go-to growing up and it was so nice to see how much they’ve grown ! From their original location in Speedway , to the Doylestown location , to the bakery on Street & York , they are amazing with everything they do ! Thank you Maria & Vince for everything

Thanks to MIKE'S HOT HONEY for the new signage ! We’ve been posting a lot of crazy specialty pies lately , but this one’s on our menu & is our most popular pizza outside of our basic cheese

Conway we are officially in competition mode 🔬

The last week or so I been messing around with some different preferments for both of our doughs to get ready for next month ! Some of them I’ve really liked , others not so much

I’ve been trying a poolish with our Roman dough , and some different flour combinations with our b**a for our round pie

This pie with speck , Ezzo Sausage Co nonna’s style sausage , roasted red peppers , burrata , pecorino & fresh fennel was with a 3 flour b**a we messed around with this weekend

Happy Saturday Conway ! Just wanted to let everyone know that we have a handful of Romans and a handful of round pies and we will be all sold out for the week !

It’s been a crazy weekend , today we will be selling out in just over 6 hours 🤯

We will still be going with paninis and salads until we sell out of our focaccia , and we’ll be here still making pies as we’re about an hour & a half behind right now . Just wanted to hop on here and give everyone a heads up , and say thank yous for the support as always ! We appreciate yous 🍕❤️
