Conway it’s almost that time ! Tomorrow’s our last day of vacation before we head back to the states Friday . We’ll be in the shop Saturday getting ready to open back up for our normal hours next week . We are looking forward to seeing everyone back at the shop !

We’ve had a great time this week in Sardinia taking a few days away from everything and celebrating our anniversary ! Sardinia’s one of 5 blue zones on the planet and it has one of the highest numbers of centenarians per capita in the world

Thanks for all the love the last few days Conway ! We appreciate it . Just a reminder that we are still not open - its been a long week with a lot of stress and not a lot of sleep , but vacation starts today 🤞🏽

We just flew in to Sardinia this morning and will be here for a week before we head back to Conway to get ready to open !

Our two Roman style pies for this years Pizza World Cup !

For pizza in teglia I did potatoes , leeks , mozzarella , ricotta , lemon zest , truffle caviar , volcano salt , confetti radish & saffron tulies with pecorino . This was my favorite pie I made but it did not get us a win

For pizza alla pala I did Calabrian nduja infused mortadella , smoked provola & straciatella cheese , ricotta w Calabrian chili paste , peppers au gratin , microgreens (amaranth and napa cabbage) & pecorino . This was our winner !

Really excited to head to Napoli tomorrow for the day for champions day before we start our vacation Friday 🍕

Conway we went back to Rome and won a world title for our PIZZA alla pala !

Conway yous showed out for us today on our last day before we head to Italy - we broke our single day sales record !

We also had people coming in that weren’t even getting food just to say good luck and safe travels , we appreciate the love !
