As weeks went by we slowly started turning our self into a little sandwich joint. Well sure enough, here we are now as a restaurant/catering company. We are open from 11 to 7 Tuesday through Saturday; on Thursday-Saturday nights we tend to stay open until about 8:30. We have a variety of sandwiches from our "famous" BBQ and Burgers, to our specialty sandwiches such as the "Roughneck" and our "Shr
imp Po Boy." We also have plate lunches in case you decided you want to try a little bit of everything :) We have popular daily specials such as our Chicken & Dumplins', The Steak Sandwich, Gumbo, The Foot Long Chili Cheese Dawg, delicious Grilled Pork Chops, Chicken & Shrimp Orleans, & Chicken & shrimp kabobs; those being a select few:)
*Keep in mind that any of the delicious meats you try in the store we also sell by the pound! Anything from pulled pork, brisket, smoked chicken, VARIETY OF SAUSAGES, to our baby back & spare ribs, delicious pork loin, and SMOKED SALMON. (As well as deli meats & cheeses)
*Not only our we a smoked meat shop but WE ALSO CATER. That is where the phrase "From black tie to fish fry" comes in. We cater anything from a wedding, anniversary, family reunion, company parties, to birthday parties, super bowl parties, and just down-home get togethers.
