What a day at Langston Baptist Church! ❤️

We want to send a HUGE thank you to the good people behind Langston Baptist Church, the organizers of Woman Church, and every single person who stopped by The Clever Cleaver today.

The turnout for BOTH sessions was absolutely incredible. Y’all just kept coming! 🙌

And to everyone who waited in those long lines at our truck — THANK YOU. We know the wait times got longer than we would have liked, and we’re sorry for that. We were working as hard and as fast as we could to keep up, and we truly appreciate your patience, your kindness, and your understanding.

But what really stood out to us today was the COMMUNITY.

It’s pretty clear that when women rally behind something they believe in, they SHOW UP. They support one another. They encourage one another. They laugh, worship, have a great time — and apparently get pretty hungry doing it! 😂❤️

Seeing that parking lot packed and watching the turnout for both sessions was something special.

Thank you, Langston Baptist Church, for welcoming us and allowing The Clever Cleaver to be a small part of such a big day.

And thank you to every person who ordered from us, waited patiently, said something kind at the window, or simply stopped by to say hello.

You all kept us BUSY — and we are incredibly grateful for it.

RIDGEFIELD COMMUNITY… WOWZA! ❤️

To the fine residents of Ridgefield Community — THANK YOU!

Here’s something people may not always realize about the food truck life. When we head out to a neighborhood or community, it can be hit or miss. We might have a great night. We might barely cover the cost of being there.

It takes a lot to get a food truck to a spot — prepping the food, loading everything up, driving there, setting up, firing up the kitchen and getting ready to serve. And at the end of the day, it only works when the community comes out and supports us.

And tonight?

WOWZA. YOU SHOWED UP! 🙌🔥

We actually came straight to Ridgefield after working a catering job at lunch today. With this South Carolina heat, we really weren’t sure what kind of night we were going to have.

Well… you all made our day.

You came out. You ordered. You supported our little family business. You kept us busy. And most importantly, you made us feel incredibly welcome.

Those nights mean more to food truck owners than you probably realize. ❤️

So from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU, RIDGEFIELD COMMUNITY! We appreciate every single person who stopped by The Clever Cleaver tonight.

They give you some serious satisfaction after a long day. like a tall boy on a sunny day , or a glass of wine at the end of a stressful workweek. Or a pull off the old bubbler. You pick.
