Great night of networking, great conversations, and a great reminder that business is always better when it’s built on real relationships.

We loved being part of this event, meeting so many strong professionals in San Antonio, and adding a little extra fun through our raffle giveaway. Seeing the winner walk away with some Slow Ride Coffee love made the night even better.

Pairing down your menu makes everyone happier

I know that sounds weird but this has been a lesson I've learned the hard way through many catering events. And it seems counterintuitive but you have to remember that your not keeping people from having good drinks... Your removing the mental fatigue that comes with having to choose.

And, at the end of the day, if the customer likes their drink, it's a win-win for everyone

I love my slow days..

It reminds me to thank God for what I have now, because I know I will miss these days when the hustle and bustle of success finally come my way.

It reminds me to enjoy this journey, as difficult and exhausting as it is sometimes, I can learn to be happy where I am each step of the way to my dreams

Many people in the coffee industry focus on one thing:

Speed...

Speed = more drinks = more money

And that was my thought too when I first started. But as I continue to serve coffee at events, I have found that there are so many more important things than just speed.

1. Relationships: creating a relationship with each customer, even if it's a small laugh, can elevate the experience more than anything else

2. Consistency: people can tell if your not consistent, whether it's the quality of the coffee beans or the latte art, consistency brings trust

3. Processes: dialing in your processes will allow you to move more intently and confidently, therefore actually increasing your speed and allowing you to make conversation while working

We are changing our hours! If your like us, you may have noticed the lack of places to go after 5pm, we want to be a part of that change here in Floresville and give you all a cozy space to hang-out, meet up, read, and of course, grab some caffeine!

Starting February 18th we will be open from 7pm - 11pm!

Don't worry if you are having any kind of special event in the mornings, let us know and we can still setup our coffee just for you!

Come by and get a coffee on them as long as there are tags available! And check them out for any mowing or landscaping needs! Of course they are also proudly veteran-owned as well!

Speed is overrated...

At least that is something that I've come to learn after 2 years of catering events.

Anyone can make coffee, but what people pay for is an experience. It's the conversations, learning about other people and their different stories and coffee tastes.

And only AFTER that, getting an amazing cup of coffee.

Of course I always try to get each drink out as fast as possible, but I always make time for conversation, no matter what, even if it's small.

That's why people book us for their events, not because of how many drinks we can make per hour
