"I ordered a brisket for a party, not knowing how much meat 20 people eat. They had accurate recommendations (1/3 lb, if I remember) and suggestions for 1/2 lean and 1/2 marbled meat. They provided a tub of BBQ sauce and some pickle/onion/jalapeño to boot. I picked it up the next day and our friends loved it."
