We have been keeping something from you, we're ashamed to admit...
This isn't the end, but a fresh new beginning!

Southern Star Brewing is under new ownership and management, and it goes without saying that we can't wait to get back to serving up great food, exceptional beer, and making special memories.

Come join us this Friday and Saturday, July 31st-August 1st at 12pm for the start of this new and exciting journey. We'll have some old favorites from the bar and the kitchen, as well as some new additions you're sure to love.

We have missed seeing you in our taproom every weekend, and we're so ready to welcome you back home.

Today is more than just our last day—it's the conclusion of an incredible story.

For years, this brewery has been more than a place to grab a beer. It's been where friendships were made, celebrations were shared, live music filled the air, and countless memories were created. None of it would have been possible without you.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every guest who walked through our doors, every family who spent an afternoon with us, every musician, food truck, vendor, and every person who chose to make Southern Star a part of their story. Your support, loyalty, and love have meant the world to us.

As we raise one final glass, we invite you to come celebrate with us one last time.

Good morning SSBC fam, as you all know, today is a very big (and expected to be a very busy) day for us! We kindly ask that you utilize the parking areas on the sides of the building, and the gravel lot closer to the outdoor bar so that the front lot is made available for our wonderful vendors and food trucks. Hey Southern Star family! As you all know, this is our final weekend in operation, so we wanted to give a quick update.

The kitchen will be open Thursday-Sunday, while supplies last with a limited menu:
- Smash Burgers
- Double Smash Burgers
- Seasoned Waffle Fries
- Cheese Fries
- Loaded Fries

SATURDAY 6/27
We will be having some local food trucks at the brewery as well for some variety and to show support to our fellow local businesses.
