If you've checked in at the DoubleTree by Hilton Concord Downtown this past year, there's a good chance Ruby was the one who greeted you. She's been with us just about a year, and in that time she's made a real mark on guests and teammates alike. Her goal is simple: everyone who walks through our doors should feel welcomed, heard, and genuinely cared for. She lives that every single shift.

The New Hampshire Lodging & Restaurant Association's Stars of the Industry awards are decided by public vote, and Ruby could use yours.
