Looking for a great way to treat your staff with a delicious hot lunch. Check out our grain bowl bar. We are featuring our Peruvian bowl and our Greek bowl.

This is a delicious hot lunch to have at any occasion. We provide cauliflower rice, brown rice mix, kale and spinach salad, grilled chicken and don’t forget all the delicious toppings and dressing.

We are so excited to be a part of such a special evening. We are huge animal lovers over here at Cabarrus cooking Company so we are so happy to be providing the dinner for such an awesome rescue Center.

We were so honored to be asked by our friends at to cater their VIP Friday night at Charlotte motor Speedway to start off the weekend of races.

The weather was not the best and the race had to be canceled in the end, but it was still an awesome experience with amazing food.

On the menu:
cocktail hour:

Grilled watermelon with feta, mint and balsamic glaze
blackened shrimp with avocado moose
Caprese skewer
smoked brisket burnt ends
mini crabcakes bites
mini street grilled corn cups
