The news is out!! Please be patient with our staff as we transition into this new phase! I can’t thank all of our friends, family, and most importantly our customers for always being so supportive of us.

This is what we’ve been working towards for months now, and even longer behind the scenes. Our staff are the ones that have made this all happen and allowed this crazy dream to come true.

All I can say is thank you and we wait to get on with this new chapter of 603BBQ!!

Today was one of those moments that reminds us why we do what we do.

We’re incredibly honored to present Make-A-Wish New Hampshire with a $20,000 donation to help local kids battling critical illnesses have their wishes granted.

Bobby and I have both seen the incredible impact a wish can have on a child and their family. For a kid going through more than they ever signed up for, a wish is a chance to put the treatments, hospital visits, and uncertainty on hold for a little while and simply enjoy being a kid.

This donation was only possible because of all of you. Every ticket purchased, every raffle ticket bought, every donation made, and every person who showed up to support this event helped make this happen.

Knowing that this money will help create life-changing memories for children right here in New Hampshire is something we’re incredibly proud of. We are blessed to be able to give back, and even more blessed to have a community that continually shows up when it matters most.

Thank you for supporting this event, supporting Make-A-Wish, and supporting our small business. Your generosity is going to help make dreams come true for local children and their families.

Thank you all again, and stay tuned for next year. We can’t wait to do it all over again. ❤️

We have passed our health and fire inspection at 388 Loudon rd!! Now for the bad news, we will be closed all week long June 11th-14th getting this new space ready to go for Father’s Day weekend! It’s a quick turnaround but we should be able to get it done. We should be able to hit a grand opening date of June 20th, with soft opening the 18th, and 19th of June. Stay tuned for more updates, but plan for a Father’s Day party next weekend!!

We are so sorry if this throws off anyone’s plans this week, we truly hope you understand why we had to make this decision. It’s all hands on deck to get this space cleaned and flowing properly to serve you all next week!! Thank you for understanding!! Yall are the best and none of this is possible without your constant support!! Thank you!!

What a special day! Congratulations to all of the business and amazing individuals recognized yesterday!!

Today I had the honor of accepting the Small Business of the Year Award from the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce. While I may have been the one standing on stage accepting the award, this recognition belongs to so many people.

Most importantly, it belongs to our incredible team. These guys and girls shows up every day, work their tails off and adapt to every challenge I throw at them. They are the backbone and heart of this operation and I couldn’t ask for a better team to do it with. None of this would be possible without their incredible hard work through adversity and some crazy uncertain times. They kept their heads down to keep the smokers smoking and to keep y’all fed!

It’s also a reminder of how far this journey has come. What started with a smoker and a food truck in my mom’s backyard has grown into something bigger than I ever could have imagined. Along the way, we’ve been supported by family, friends, customers, employees, contractors, and an entire community that believed in us. Thank you especially to my mom who has continuously supported me, even when my dream looked a little crazy.

We’re incredibly grateful to the Concord Chamber for this recognition and for everything they do to support local businesses. Small businesses are the backbone of our communities, and we’re honored to be counted among so many great ones.

As we put the finishing touches on our new home on Loudon Road, we’re more excited than ever for what’s ahead and can’t wait to welcome you all through the doors soon.

The annual Daniels Electric Memorial Day party was a blast. Easily one of my favorite events we do all year.

For those who don’t know, before starting 603 Bar-B-Q I worked at Daniels Electric. Back when I was just smoking food in the backyard for friends and family, they found out I had been cooking and asked me to cater the company Memorial Day party.

I’ll always be grateful for Tom Milligan Daniels Electric Corporation for giving me the chance to get some real experience in catering. That event is really what sparked this business and made me realize maybe I could do this full time and actually make a living doing something I loved.

This was our 4th year in a row catering the event and it somehow gets better every year. Daniels Electric has grown into an absolute powerhouse in New Hampshire and throughout the Northeast, and watching that growth has been more than motivating for us as we continue building 603.

Crazy to think one company picnic helped kick off what became 603 Bar-B-Q. Grateful for the opportunity back then and grateful we still get to be a small part of this event every year.

The restaurant industry can be a tough one sometimes. Deb and the crew over at Arnie's Place have had one thing after another thrown at them lately, and on Mother’s Day their freezer went down too. We were happy to bring our box truck over and help save the ice cream before it was all lost.

That’s what neighbors do. Small businesses have to stick together, especially in this industry. Deb is one of the kindest people around and they could really use some support right now, so if you’ve been thinking about getting ice cream, go pay them a visit ❤️
