Over the weekend catering… fruit and crudite platters, Cajun shrimp cocktail skewers, oxtail, rib tips,fried swai nuggets, and lemon pepper and garlic parm wings. Not pictured, Mac n cheese and Caesar salad…

Honestly this was my first time making a large amount of oxtail. I normally make some just for myself in the crockpot but I had to do oven braised for this amount. (12 lbs) I can’t wait for the next client to order up. lol
