One of our absolute favorites, and for a plethora of good reasons - our Colorado Cheese Steak is truly hard to beat!!!

It's a game-changer, a showstopper, and a must-try for anyone who's ever had a Philly cheesesteak and thought, 'this is good, but it could be better.' 😋 Because let's be real, it's not your typical Philly, and we won't even try to claim that.

The thin sliced steak, grilled onions and bell peppers on a hoagie might be a natural base, but everything elevates when you choose your cheese - you get the choice of our special Hatch Green Chili Cream Cheese spread out on the bun, or our house made Queso smothered over top.
