From cozy dinners to festive gatherings, we’re here to deliver a delicious experience every time! At Prato 850 located in Commack, Mayfair Shopping Center, we have a very clear and defined mission, to make a profound impact on our customers by giving them the finest quality and ingredients available, in a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Our story begins, of course, a thousand years ago in the city of Prato in Tuscany Italy, where sun-warmed tomatoes, fresh basil and olive oil found their inevitable, perfect home on flatbread. Prato in Italian means “meadow” and is now the home where Craft cuisine, cocktails and its date-worthy atmosphere reigns supreme by infusing non GMO and pasture raised meats with our locally sourced sun-ripened fruits and vegetables to your table. With the perfect blend of ingenuity and integrity, Prato’s 850 degree Wood burning pizza oven brings a unique American concept to its authentic Italian fresh take on the earth’s bounty of farm fresh ingredients. At Prato we have a very clear and defined mission, to make a profound impact on our customers by giving them the finest quality and ingredients available, in a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.

24 inches of cheesy, garlicky happiness. 🧄🧀🔥

Meet our 2-FOOT CHEESY GARLIC BREAD — because ordinary garlic bread just isn’t enough.

🥖 A 2-foot seeded semolina baguette.

🧀 Loaded with melty, cheesy goodness.

🍅 Served with our house-made rustic marinara, crafted with Rossi Gargano tomatoes imported from Italy.

Crispy edges. A cheesy center. Real Italian ingredients.

Big enough to share. Good enough to keep to yourself. 🤌
