After lots & lots of prayer, discussion & sleepless nights, we have decided to close up shop during the week. It is our plan to open up on Fridays, Saturdays & POSSIBLY some Sundays. We are still going to be offering our catering services & plan to be at some events around the area.
If you would like a quote on catering, please call me at 254.485.6112.
Thank you for the last 4 1/2 yrs of support.
This has been one of the toughest decisions we've ever had to make, but feel that in the current state of our economy and our food cost soaring out of control, for example, our bun cost more than DOUBLED overnight this week, this is what's best for us and our family.
To close, I urge you to SUPPORT THE LOCAL MOM & SHOPS regardless if you can get it "cheaper" in another town (remember gas is at an all time high [$4.56 & rising] and driving out of town to "save" a couple of bucks isn't really saving.
Again, THANK YOU for your support and we look forward to seeing you on Fridays & or Saturdays.

We are here, set up & ready for the weekend!! If you're in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metro areas, hop on over to Dallas Market Center just off of Stemmons Fwy and enjoy a plethora of food including The One & Only SWIG'S BBQ.
We will be serving up Bacon, Brisket Loaded Mac & Cheese, Hatch Green Chili Bacon Brisket Loaded Mac & Cheese and Bacon Mac & Cheese
We are set up on the frontage road side.

We will be closed all week as we prepare for TheTaste of Dallas, the largest event, by far, we have ever done.
If you're in the metroplex from Friday-Sunday, specifically Dallas, Swing by Dallas Market Center and enjoy some world class food.
