Weeks of “oh man, it’s coming up” all the way to “my supper club is tomorrow”. And it turned out to be one of the most stressful yet rewarding days that I will always remember. I’ve never cooked for this volume of people before and the pressure was on. But as soon as I heard everyone in the sold out(!) dining room tonight laughing and talking from the kitchen it was all worth it. I also realized this is absolutely what they mean by ‘love what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life’. A huge thank you to everyone who attended, Stunna’s for giving me the opportunity and to Mike Wolanin for the sweet pics!!

Thanks to everyone who braved the potential rain and came out to hear some history and get some chicken at Bartholomew County Historical Society Talking Tombstones this evening!! Guys, I cannot thank you enough for the opportunity to provide the food. It was my first event and I will always remember it.

Huge special thanks to Roy Wasson for letting his boy borrow a generator, Chris Morrison of Theo's Brunchfast for coming in CLUTCH with an extra fryer & cooler and to Michelle Mulimba of Stunna’s for providing a fantastic prep space this morning so I could get everything ready to go. Seriously, you guys saved the day.

Extra huge special thanks to my son who walked down to Donner right after school to help his old man set up a tent and some tables, be my food runner then help me pack everything up & to my wonderful wife Patra Jones for slicing 25lbs of potatoes, helping me load everything up, take care of the drinks, make sense of the chaos, get a plan together and follow through.

I love you all!! Keep an eye out this summer for more opportunities to come see me👹🐔
