I’d appreciate your support. I have two choices: to pay all back fees and terminate contract or pay all back fees and continue with lease and open by the fall. Unfortunately, even though my health wouldn’t let me be great among other factors, $11k is for unpaid rent and architect fees since March and forfeited deposit paid in full by June 25th.
