🍖 NOW HIRING: FOH ASSISTANT MANAGER 🍖

Shane’s Rib Shack – Columbus is looking for a sharp, dependable Front of House Assistant Manager—someone who knows that great BBQ deserves great service, and that “I thought somebody else did it” is not a management strategy.

You’ll help lead our FOH team by:

• Keeping food and online orders accurate, hot, and moving out on time
• Making sure every guest leaves satisfied—and not wondering where their order went
• Keeping the dining room clean, welcoming, and ready for company
• Delegating tasks, supporting your team, and holding people accountable
• Taking ownership when things go right—and especially when they don’t
• Bringing a true customers-first attitude every shift

Experience and references are required. We’re looking for a team leader who can work well with others, communicate clearly, and keep the ship steady when the lunch rush hits harder than a Georgia summer.

Pay depends on experience and job performance.

If you’re ready to lead with pride, hustle, and a little Southern hospitality, email your résumé and references to:

📧 Shane’[email protected]

Please apply by email—we look forward to hearing from you!

If your Labor Day doesn’t smell like smoke, ribs, chicken, and BBQ sauce… you may be doing it wrong.

Happy Labor Day from all of us at Shane’s Rib Shack!

Today, we also want to say a sincere THANK YOU to every customer who continues to support us, dine with us, order from us, recommend us, and keep our smokers busy. We truly appreciate you more than you know.

And yes — WE ARE OPEN TODAY!

So if your Labor Day plans need a little smoky BBQ, ribs, chicken, homemade sides, sweet tea, and peach cobbler, come see us and let us do the cooking.

Just don’t wait too long.

Holiday BBQ has a way of disappearing fast, and we’d hate for you to show up dreaming about ribs only to hear those heartbreaking words:

“Sorry, we’re sold out.”

Come early. Come hungry. Bring the family.

Columbus customers can order ahead here:
https://order.shanesribshack.com/shanes-rib-shack-columbus/menu/order-setup

From our Shane’s family to yours, thank you for your continued support, and have a safe and Happy Labor Day!
