📢 CUSTOM ORDER POLICY UPDATE

We want to take a moment to share an important update regarding our custom orders.

Unfortunately, when a custom order is cancelled or not picked up, the time, ingredients, preparation, and supplies that go into that order can’t always be recovered. While we truly appreciate all of our wonderful customers, sometimes one situation can create a loss that affects the way we have to handle orders for everyone.

Because of this, effective immediately, all custom orders will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time the order is placed. The remaining balance will be due at pickup.

Please know that if an issue occurs on our end or we are unable to fulfill your order as agreed, your deposit will absolutely be refunded.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support of our small business. Every order means a lot to us, and these policies help us continue providing the quality and service you expect from Batter & Beyond.

Thank you for supporting small!
