It's apple season!!
Therefore, we are offering our cinnamon rolls with a cream cheese and apple topping. A simply delightful treat for the taste buds.

They will be available today at our booth at the Golden Opportunities Resource Fair and at the bakery. Tomorrow they will be available at our booth at the Green Creek Community Day, and at the bakery as well.

Happy October!!

We have received a fresh shipment from my uncle's business, The Relish Barn in Virginia. We are restocked with the beloved Jalepeno Ketchup, homestyle ketchup, Chow chow, and jams and fruit butters.

We got a few new flavors, and restocked the ones that were sold out. We now have almost 50 options of jams, jellies and fruit butters to shop. They are delicious options to bring a bit adventure to your holiday charcuterie boards, new flavors for cream cheese dips, and your favorite flavors to enjoy with a slice of sourdough toast or a warm homemade biscuit.

Do you want to make some applesauce this year? We have you covered!

Not only do we carry canning jars, the Foley Food mill, and handy buckets, but we will be happy to share our preferences on which apples to use; techniques to minimize added sugar, and any other information you may require.

Applesauce is a big deal in our family. In Amish kitchens, applesauce is the most important side dish to every hot meal. Martha (mom) would regularly preserve approximately 400 quarts of applesauce each fall to last our family for a year. We used half gallon jars and as a family we could consume a jar in short order.
To this day there's nothing more delicious than a home cooked meal with a side of applesauce.
