Check out our Blackberry Fennel Crumble Bars!
Fresh blackberries cooked down until thickened with a hint of orange. The bars themselves are buttery oatmeal bars with fennel, pressed into the pan, and then crumbled on top of the filling.
We also have Blackberry Crumble Bars that don't have the fennel, for those of you who aren't fond of fennel, or just don't want to try it. But I definitely encourage you to be adventurous! They're delicious!

This week's pies are our Cherry and Blueberry Delights! Graham cracker crust, cheesecake delight filling, topped with either a cherry pie filling or a blueberry pie filling.

Are your summer salads getting a bit boring? Liven them up with these delicious salad dressings. We are constantly getting positive feedback about all of these dressings, but the blueberry balsamic remains my personal favorite.

I have started this new "Herb of the Month" program to highlight herbs and spices from our spice cabinet. August is Fennel Month.
I will be sharing a few more posts about fennel this month, highlighting recipes that I am trying at home, and baked goodies we will be selling at the bakery. But for now, check out this info on the amazing Fennel plant, and plan to stop by the bakery this month to pick up a pack of Organic fennel, both in whole seeds and powder form.
I like keeping whole fennel seeds on hand and pop them in my mouth 1 or 2 at a time for a great mouth refresher. Minty and licorice-y goodness.

I updated the menu a bit to reflect the late summer items we will be focusing on in August and September.
We have lots of delicious summer flavors to enjoy for a while yet, but I am starting the pumpkin bars on the first week of September for those of us who can't wait for fall flavors. 😋😋

I tried a new recipe! Well, really it's an old recipe... from my great grandmother. But, it is a first for me to make it...
Homemade butterscotch pie! It is fantastic! I only have 2 regular sized pies, and a few 4 inch pies available tomorrow, but if y'all like them as much as we do, we will be making them again!!

Goat cheese and Fig blondies are back again for the first time this year!!!! Deliciousness!

Coconut cream pies are back, as I had a chance to cook that filling this morning as well. Tomato pies are sold out, but will be made again next week. Place orders if you want one!

We have several German chocolate cakes, along with our regular cakes available for the weekend as well.

Donut flavors are: Bavarian Cream, Chocolate Covered, Maple Walnut and Key Lime. Oh and of course glazed as well!

I guess it's safe to say our building is loaded with goodies for the morning! We look forward to serving you all!

More key lime pies, and a fresh vanilla pound cake are also available. This is on top of all pur regular goodies!!
Be watching out for the popular fig and goat cheese blondies! Now that figs are back in season we are excited to bring them back.
