We’re excited to announce that all apartments at the Jones Residences of Catfish Alley have officially been rented!

Thank you to everyone who shared our posts, reached out, toured the residences, and supported this project. We’re grateful to welcome our new residents to downtown Columbus and historic Catfish Alley.

Now, our attention turns downstairs! 👀
Work is continuing as we prepare to reopen Jones Restaurant and bring another piece of Catfish Alley history back to life. There’s still work to be done, but we’re excited about the progress and can’t wait to welcome everyone through the doors.
