We are thrilled to announce the promotion of our newest Sous Chef, Erin! 🎉 Erin has been a dedicated member of the Ocean Club family for 4 years, bringing passion, creativity, and excellence to every dish she creates. 🍽️

✨ Erin loves the creative process that comes with being in the kitchen. Her favorite dish to craft on our menu is The delicious Grouper! 🐟 But when it comes to dining, nothing beats the Teriyaki Salmon for her!

When Erin isn’t in the kitchen, you can find her on the basketball court, enjoying one of her favorite hobbies outside of work! 🏀
