Our feature this evening is red snapper crusted in Chef’s patented seasoned cornmeal seafood breading, served alongside our always delicious dirty rice and a fresh sauté of spinach, tomato, and corn. Our opening staff devoured this in a matter of minutes… don’t let them have all the fun! We’ve got it tonight until it’s gone.
