This International Women’s Day, I want to highlight a young woman whose leadership has reshaped Bottoms Up Coffee in ways that will influence our business for years to come: my daughter, Calia, our Chief Operating Officer.
At just 19 years old, while pursuing her mechanical engineering degree, she stepped into a senior operational role and delivered measurable, strategic results that many experienced leaders work years to achieve. I am and will always be her biggest fan!
