⭐️ Chef Spotlight: Scott Wilkins | Three Tigers Brewing

Inspired by his time spent in Vietnam, Chef Scott Wilkins brought his love of the country’s food and culture back to Granville in 2012, when he first opened Mai Chau Vietnamese food truck. Wilkins opened up their brick-and-mortar: Mai Chau on Prospect Eatery, in November 2015. Within five months, Mai Chau on Prospect evolved into their current concept, Three Tigers Brewing. Since then, they’ve been busy serving up delicious food and amazing brews to their loyal Columbus base.
