🍰✨ Getting ready for a new freeze-drying experiment! ✨🥧

These trays are filled with pumpkin pie bites and cheesecake bites, and they’re about to go into the freeze dryer. I have no idea how they’ll turn out, but I’m excited to find out and will definitely keep you all updated! 😋

If they turn out as good as I’m hoping, these could be a new favorite treat! 🙌

🌿 Did you know you can freeze dry herbs? 🌿
This week I’ve been busy freeze drying thyme, sage, and parsley from an overabundance in a customers garden — and they turned out amazing! I love that I’m able to create long-term food storage (25+ years) by sealing them in mylar bags, while also filling up these cute glass jars for them to use as thoughtful gifts. 💚

Freeze drying is such a great way to preserve the harvest and enjoy homegrown flavor all year long!

🌟 Big News + Fresh Start! 🌟

After taking some time off for one of life’s greatest adventures — pregnancy, babies, and a whole lot of change — I’m finally getting back in gear with my freeze-dried business! 💪👶💖

I’ll be bringing back all the favorites and adding some new specialties — from freeze-dried candies 🍬 to fruits 🍓, vegetables 🥕, and a few fun surprises along the way!

Momtana Freeze is definitely not just candy! Filled some wonderful customer orders today for Freeze Dried Mushrooms, Onions, Garlic, Lemons, Pinapple and Bananas. 😎😎😎
