Lemon Raspberry Macarons. 🍋

I’m super proud of how these came out. I’ve hand painted macarons before but I think these are my favorite yet! A Lemon buttercream border filled with raspberry jam. These bright flavors are just perfect for spring!

Hey everyone!! We’re finally approaching spring! How are you guys handling the ever changing weather? 😅😅 For us Columbus folks, it seems like we’ve experienced all 4 seasons in the past month! But crazy weather in Ohio means we’re closer to real spring!

We are 6 days away from this year’s Valentine’s Day order deadline! These Conversation Macarons are one of 4 different desserts you can order from, so I thought it would be great to break down each flavor these last few days!

The first is Peanut Butter Cup. I’ve done this flavor before, but I don’t think there’s a better match than Valentine’s Day and chocolate. 😋 Homemade peanut butter filling surrounded by a creamy milk chocolate ganache. So delicious! I can say this is one of my all time favorite macaron flavors! Those who’ve had them in my past sales, what did you think?
