Bouncing around from location to location trying to find my successful medium has not been fun! But after communicating with the owner of the Old Resch’s building, he invited me out to try this location.
It’s been a true blessing to still have The opportunity to keep fighting this battle to become a great food vendor in this city! Starting tomorrow I will be pushing this Brunch/Lunch Dinner menu at 4061 Livingston Ave from 10am to Close!! DoorDash,pickup, and delivery…..

A New Chapter for OnTheShield Catering

The past several years have been a period of reflection, growth, and refinement for OnTheShield Catering. Like many small businesses, our journey included experimentation, adjustment, and learning—moving through different service models while discovering what truly allows us to serve our clients best.
Through that process, one thing became clear: our strength is intentional, high-quality catering, supported by a mobile food kitchen—not the other way around.
We are proud to announce the official relaunch of the catering division of OnTheShield Catering, while continuing to operate our mobile food kitchen 2–3 days per week to remain visible and connected within the community.

We have implemented new catering pricing, menu guidelines, and service standards designed to deliver a more consistent, elevated experience. Our updated website will launch at the conclusion of this 4-week relaunch and training period, reflecting these improvements.
